Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information sons collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry through our events & private hire form we store your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us (phone number, event date, guest numbers and your message).

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded Google Maps may set its own cookies when you interact with the map; see Google's privacy policy for details.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and organise your event. We never sell your information or share it with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to past events, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@sonshackney.com and we'll sort it out.
